Atlantic Beacon Developments / Reddich Borough Council

The Experience is a major leisure/retail project being developed jointly by Atlantic Beacon and Redditch Borough Council. As part of the consultation process for planning, the agency created and managed a launch initiative for potential tenants and interested parties which included an animated video using ‘fly through’ technology and imagery. We wrote script, project managed films execution, obtaining reference material, organising editing, voice over and animation.

The developers have since obtained outline planning. Nearly 5,000 positive reactions for the development were processed from a cross-section of Redditch residents and visitors. The nine-minute programme has now been shown to numerous public and private sector partners, tenants and interested partners. The agency’s graphics and exciting imagery stimulated debate and continues to help developers explain the scheme visually.
