Cardiff International Airport
In 2006, HM government published a white paper whereby every regional airport in the UK was required
to demonstrate how it would deal with estimates of nearly eight million passengers a year by 2030.
Having previously undertaken a corporate branding exercise with the airport, the agency was asked to plan
and execute a Public Consultation exercise with all intended parties to ensure total support from the community
of Cardiff International Airport’s plans. We organised the publicity for seven public meetings, local advertising,
design and production of survey leaflets, display materials, posters, draft and final plan documents.
The survey, public meetings and consultation process indicated an overwhelming support for Cardiff
International Airport’s plans, which was submitted to HM government.
