Hopkins Law LLP

The Work
Commisioned in 2006, the agency has been working with Wendy Hopkins and her team to promote this new law firm to the market in South Wales. In addition to a new identity to coincide with the launch of LLP status, the agency has been involved in designing, new literature, signage and press relations activity.
The Effect
In a very short time the new practice and its new partners have had significant coverage in local media. A modern attractive logo has been produced and reflected in new stationery, literature and signage. Additionally, door-to-door distribution and mailings have resulted in excellent new leads. A co-ordinated campaign managed and directed by Petersens.

Dudley's

The Work
Agency appointed in September 2004 to provide local, national and trade PR. Primary objective to promote Dudley’s as ‘the’ specialist retail contractor, with an offer spanning shopfitting, construction and architectural aluminium design and fit using the media to effect change.
The Effect
Targeted newsworthy press releases, feature placement, advertorials, community relations are all providing a significantly higher profile than that achieved by client prior to Petersens' appointment.

Holiday Express

The Work
Agency briefed by web based travel agency, Holiday Express, to communicate their being awarded the ‘Top Site’ accolade in the Spring 2005 Edition of Holiday Which’s Web Site Review. Primary objective was to achieve coverage in local and national business press and travel trade media. Agency compiled press release, sourced imagery and distributed via in-house online media facility.
The Effect
Although 'Which' had already issued a release, Agency ensured that Holiday Express accolade was forefront of feature. A three day project generated over £25,000 coverage in target media.

Cardiff International Festival of Musical Theatre 2005

The Work
A sustained programme of media relations over an eighteen month period culminating in a three week Festival of musical theatre held at eighteen different venues throughout South Wales. Personal interviews with producers, stars, performers, sponsors together with regular press releases, ensured a regular mention of the Festival in key local media.
The Effect
Over £300,000 of media coverage obtained by Agency. Agency has established relationships with key journalists enabling a fast start to publicity for the 2006 Festival.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

RDM - Soccer Six

The Work
Organisation and planning for the annual Soccer Six competition for financial services client RDM Factors. Sourcing 38 teams to play in this charity event held at Fulham Football Club’s ground in London and all liaison with client, participants, charity and ground.
The Effect
An extremely well organized event which raised nearly £10,000 for ‘Childline Charity’. As a CSR exercise RDM have now raised £50,000 for ‘Childline’ and the event is now established as a major fundraising event in the financial services sector.
